Sicilian Wine Tasting

The largest island in the Mediterranean, Sicily is famous for sunny beaches, fresh and vibrant cuisine and of course its history of Viticulture.

It’s warm, dry climate and soil fertilised by volcanic ash from Mt. Etna gives Sicily its unique terroir. With over 65 Native grape varieties, the character of Sicilian wine ranges from rich and full bodied reds and whites grown in warm coastal vineyards to the high acidity, fresh and fruity wines grown on the cooler slopes of Etna or the many mountains that circle the island.

As the third largest wine producing region in Italy, we could spend weeks sampling everything Sicily has to offer. As we only have one evening I have chosen five of my favourites to share with you.

Spaces are limited so book now.
